In the past few weeks Microsoft held WinHec where engineers get together and discuss with each others. During that Microsoft exhibition , a version of Microsoft Windows Longhorn version alpha 4074 . Winbeta Released that version as a Bootable DVD ISO image. IT is a waste since the image size file is so small for a dvd its only 800 mb iso image. The problem is the 800 mb version cd's are nopt available for all end users yet. As a best alternative they had to use dvd. Some succeded in using FireBruner to burn it to a 700 mb cd. Now you have to rememebr that it is still Alpha !!! not even beta yet. So I dont recommend installing it on your primary system.

I like The new Operating system from Microsoft Codename: "Longhorn". This new Operating System has many new futures
including winFS. This New system file Called WinFS will make it easier to classify files and to find them easily in the pc. Bill Gates the CEO of Microsoft wishes for a World Where Data flows between Hardware and Software without any problems. This new operating system will be beta tested in 2005 ...but that date is yet to be decided.

Heloo Every one. We just finished from the midterms exams I hope you all get good grades. Now its the second half and the studying begins . everyone of us should double his effort now. The grades of the midterm will be available at the registration soon. I asked today the registration office an they said they dont have it yet ... I wonder when will they have it !!!
For our class We began a new Project about "Alternative Sources Of Power". The new Project will include an oral presentation and aan essay.
In computing class we began our second term with advance skills in Microsoft Word.

From further searching about warplanes and their use in the second world war. I Couldn't get the information I needed ,therefore, I will change my Subject for the term project from warplanes to Microsoft Windows Longhorn.

I Would Use this Subject "Microsoft Windows Longhorn" and try to find sites that would answer these two questions :

1- What are the new Features included in the new operating system Microsoft Windows Longhorn ?
2- What is the Release date for that operating system ?

In the class 032C Foundation computing we have to do a term project. This Term Project must be done individually. I Will be doing a project on warplanes and airplanes use in the Second world war .

Today the fifth of Novemeber in the Ptroleum institute the I.T deparment set the Students account password to expire after 1 day which is tomorrow ... so Tomorrow we might not be able to Log on to the network in the P.I !!!
